a good transit hotel between flights

I had to wait for the shuttle and it was a little hard to schedule. I was not at the terminal I arrived at so had to take a long bus ride to the other terminal. But I think that might be an airport thing, not reflected on the hotel

Breakfast was nice Beware of the tour bus crowd, would be nice if they could set time for the large group. No room to sit and Food choices became limited.

A good and fast transfer to the airport included. Nice room with a very convenient bathroom.

Not so easy to get here using a public transport - only few buses come here and they not always stop on the nearest train station.

Clean hotel, fast shuttle

Clean, comfortable, and the airport shuttle was quick and efficient. The 24/7 convenience store on property was also a big plus.

Messaged the hotel a couple times to set up reserved spots for the shuttle (as instructed) but never got a response. Thankfully I reserved two spots at check in so it all worked out. Also, the air conditioner sounded a little funny while it ran, making it hard to sleep.

A value hotel with clean and tidy room.

The room is clean and tidy. We take early flight that we cannot take the shuttle. It is about 25 minutes to the airport. Beware there is 2 airport terminals and far away from each other.

Good for airport transfers

This is a good stop gap hotel, the only reason I booked it because they provide airport shuttles. The hotel is comfortable with nice eateries around and an ocean. It's not in the city, so don't expect much but it's a nice hotel to stay as you wait to catch your flight. There are nice sea food places and just across the street, there is an Italian restaurant which was the best part of my stay. They serve excellent food and drinks. Do try

Incheon gem ????

Images online were exactly how the room looked. Staff was incredible. Super helpful, and they speak pretty good English. The location is also amazing, with all sorts amentities and entertainmentspots within walking distance, or easilyaccessible via public transport. There were lots of eateries all around, and people were really kind and helpful.

Wonderful

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great to spend a night before or after a flight.

Shuttle only runs ever 90-180 min Sunday to Thursday and not during the night. Due to the remote location a taxi is needed when there is no shuttle.

Great place but unacceptable having non-speaking people in 2024

My recent stay at the Royal Emporium Incheon Airport was a mix of beauty and disappointment. The hotel itself is visually stunning, with rooms that are both modern and elegant. Every detail in the room is thoughtfully designed, from the chic furnishings to the ambient lighting that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing stay. In conclusion, while the Royal Emporium Incheon Airport boasts beautiful rooms that promise comfort and luxury, the experience is soured by the unfriendly and non-English speaking staff. It's a shame that such a lovely setting is let down by poor service. If the hotel could improve in this area, it would truly be a remarkable place to stay. For now, it's a beautiful but flawed gem.

However, my experience was marred by the hotel's staff. Unfortunately, I found them to be quite unkind and unaccommodating. Their lack of friendliness was a stark contrast to the beauty of the hotel itself. Moreover, I was surprised and frustrated by their inability to speak English, which made communication incredibly difficult. This language barrier significantly impacted the quality of service and made simple requests unnecessarily complicated and stressful.

It's comfotable, convenience and surprised by sea food restuarants around.

staff helpful ! ,phone charger is avaliable at front desk. The sea food street around hotel, it's a wonderful experience at night.

The staff didn't mentioned the shuttle bus to the airport upon checking in. I missed the chance to take shuttle . I have to take taxi instead.
